Move it. Aim to get at least 30 minutes of physical activity every day to reduce your risk of weight gain. Set a reminder to stick with your plan. If pressed for time, do a few laps around a truck stop lot, warehouse, rest area – whatever. Just do it daily and it will become a healthy habit and can work wonders for your attitude, too.
