Recently, I noticed Covid-19 has been in the news less and less. But did two years of daily media coverage actually keep everyone focused on their health?

Not really.

In fact, while we were busy social distancing and stockpiling, many people overlooked other health conditions . . . spaced on their routine workouts . . . rationalized work-at-home snacking . . . and saw their stress levels skyrocket.
